High resolution 1H and 13C-NMR spectra for PET/ 30PHB and PET/ 6 PHB copolyes-ters in solution have been measured. The 13C absorptions were assigned by the help of the determination of quaternary carbon absorption with INEPT and partially relaxed FT techniques. 测定了PET/30PHB和PET/60PHB共聚酯的高分辨~1H和~(13)C谱,并采用INEPT方法和部分弛豫FT技术确定了季碳吸收峰,对NMR谱进行了归属。
High resolution is the basis of the fact that the NMR spectra can provide the information of chemical structure and dynamics. 核磁共振技术之所以能具有如此强大的生命力主要是由于其能提供大量的化学结构信息和动力学信息,而高分辨率的谱图正是提供这些信息的基础。
